All you have to do is download the voucher opposite, fill it in, and give it to anyone you know who is looking to sell or let their property. All they need to do is give us the voucher when they put their property on the market with us, and once the deal is done, we'll send you your referral fee!

There's no limit to the amount of referrals you can send to us, so feel free to download as many vouchers as you like.

We will then pay you £50 when a sale on their property completes, or if they rent it through us, we'll pay you £25 when their tenant moves in.
