We will still go the extra mile when providing a tenant finding only service. Your tenants will be subject to the same referencing procedures as managed tenancies, and we will still inform the utilities and council of their occupation.

In addition, we'll keep in touch with you, and if required, can provide further services during the tenancy, such as contract renewals, inspections, or check out at the end of the tenancy.
