prefer not to handle rent collection, accounting and payment chasing.
- Provide a valuation on the property
- Take photos and written details
- List on property websites, including
rightmove, propertyfinder, zoopla, globrix and thinkproperty
- Local press advertising
- Distinctive marketing board
- Arrange and accompany viewings
- Carry out a thorough credit check and
referencing of potential tenant
- Provide tenancy agreement and legal
notices
- Carry out basic written inventory.
Photographic inventory and furnished inventory available at small extra
cost.
- Collect the first months rent and deposit
- Protect the deposit with the Deposit
Protection Service (DPS)
- Inform utilities and council
- Collect rental payments from the tenant
- Provide monthly statements of account
- Chase rent if it is not paid
- Perform check out inspection
