Neil Robinson & Associates embrace the internet and social media!

I love the internet, and it really is a great way to get properties for let and properties to sell within Manchester, Wigan, Leigh, Warrington and St Helens, marketed - a live, detailed advert with lots of photographs that people can access, on demand, whenever they want?

But when it was suggested that I do a blog, I wasn't as sure. I mean, people want to see our properties for let and properties for sale on the internet, but who wants to read me ranting on?

Well, a few years ago, I used to have a column in the local property paper for Wigan, where I used my property experience to provide hints and tips to landlords and tenants, and not only were the local paper pleased, I also noticed that whenever it appeared, we got a lot busier. We then decided to advertise on the local radio station, and this too brought in a lot of new business and got us attention from tenants requiring properties to rent, purchasers requiring properties to buy, landlords that required a property management service or simply wanted Neil Robinson & Associates to let their property for them, or home owners wanting to sell their property.

The trouble is, things have moved on and although local papers and radio stations are important methods of generating interest in our properties to let, properties for sale and our property management service offering, the Internet and social media has completely changed the face of marketing and it is time that Neil Robinson & Associates embraced this change.

So, this is my new blog, and the fact you're reading it suggests that it was the right thing for me to do, so welcome.

I will be writing a blog every month or so, with helpful hints and tips for landlords and tenants who want to let a property or rent a property, at the suggestion of my wonderful marketing consultant, Janna Caley from Boxed Red Marketing, who is working so hard with us here at Neil Robinson & Associates to ensure that we continue to innovate and provide an unrivalled service to our tenants and landlords.
